ntomoya
A personal, non-commercial set of tools and self-hosted services that work with Google accounts.
ntomoya is the name shown on the Google sign-in and consent screens for the tools described on this page. It is operated by an individual developer (“the operator”) for use only by the operator and by people the operator has authorized. It is not a public service: there is no sign-up, no paid plan, and no advertising.
What ntomoya does
Sign in with Google
The operator runs private, self-hosted services such as file storage, a photo library and
dashboards, with single sign-on through an identity service at keycloak.ntomoya.com.
Authorized users can choose “Sign in with Google” instead of typing a password.
Only your basic profile (account identifier, email address and name) is requested, to confirm
who is signing in and match you to an account the operator has already approved.
New accounts cannot be created through Google sign-in.
Personal tools for Google Workspace data
The operator builds and uses small tools that work with the Google data of the person who authorized them — email, files, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and tasks. For example:
- command-line access to your own mailbox, Drive files and calendar from a computer;
- copying events from another calendar service into a Google Calendar created for that purpose, so they can be viewed in Google Calendar.
Each tool requests only the permissions it needs, and Google's consent screen shows them before you agree. A tool works only with the data of the account that authorized it, and only when you run it or on a schedule you set up. The kinds of data and the purposes are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Your data
ntomoya does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
ntomoya's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove ntomoya's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections page.
